“Hawai‛i Talk Story” is a unique live performance event that will showcase Hawai‛i playwrights and provide opportunities for talent with Hawai‛i ties here in Las Vegas to tell their stories.

As more of our community find themselves in diaspora, we hope to bring familiar stories, language, and traditional storytelling modalities here to the desert stage.

Mainstream media and most things we know about Hawai‛i are geared towards tourism. While our show will be entertaining, we hope the event will serve as a reminder that the culture, people of Hawai‛i, and their stories are more than a tourst gimmick, and should be shared by those most connected to Hawai‛i.
